Introduction to Legal Design
The course focuses on the following topics: cities’ role in global governance, international law and city diplomacy, urban economics and management, urban law and governance, urban technology and smart cities, urban journalism and storytelling.
During this seminar, we will seek to elaborate some preliminary answers, by interactively exploring a selection of legal design projects in the data privacy domain.
Icons can prominently display risks deriving from data processing to enable informed consent, they can support the navigation of textual privacy policies, or they can be used in privacy dashboards as data subjects’ gateways to the exercise of their rights. In this seminar, we will explore several questions.
